The rock singer Meat Loaf, who was hospitalized after collapsing at a show Thursday night in Canada, should be home soon, his spokesman Jeremy Westby said Friday. “He was admitted to a nearby hospital to undergo routine tests,” Westby said. “His vital signs are stable and normal — he’s responsive and recovering well.” Meat Loaf collapsed due to severe dehydration near the end of his concert at the Northern Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Westby said.
